Our terms for your stay:

  • Check in from 2:00 p.m. Please notify us if you will be arriving after 7 p.m.
  • Check out by 10:00 a.m.
  • Deposit: For a firm booking we request the number of credit card (and it's expiration date) or a deposit by direct bank transfer.
  • Dogs are only permitted on request and for an extra charge. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking: We are a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke outside.
  • Cancellation policy:
    - In case of cancellation the deposit is retained
    - In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure all days booked but not used are charged at 100%
    - In case of a cancellation 60 - 30 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 50% of the total amount
    - In case of a cancellation within 30 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 70% of the total amount
    To avoid incurring costs we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance
  • Payment methods: We accept cash, debit and credit cards (excluding Diners and American Epxress).
  • Room requests: We ask for your understanding that we are able to accept requests for room types but not for room numbers and floors.
